| Okay, I realize I'm on a fine line mentioning politics, but please try to stay calm. I will keep things balanced as best as I can. | |

| I don't how it's in America, but i can tell you: socialism isn't exactly the best idea. It may be pleasant and easier to live in, but it slows down the economy a little, people get used to the extra money their getting, some will start wasting it (more)... (own experience) | |

| Yeah, I know. I just love joking about it. I'm also not half anarchist really. I do stand by my point that facism is good if you had a good dictator. Franco of Spain proves my point. The other facist were nutty power-hungry psychos. If you were offened by my last statement, then I will be surprised. | |

| I decided to abstain once Ron Paul dropped out of the Republican nomination. I would be considered a Libertarian or weird Libertarian-Republican hybrid. Ron Paul was a very good candidate for me. I am slightly more Libertarian than him, or he's more Republican than me. For instance, I am not as pro-life as him. I'm almost undecided on abortion, but lean towards pro-choice. | |

| Bascially, he's not Republican or Democrat, rather a thrid party focused on the economy (Correct me if I'm wrong). He agreed with Ron Paul's ideals other than abortion. | |

| The Libertarian Party is very basically about making the government's power smaller, ideally limited simply to protecting the people and their property, which would exclude excess matters like abortion, the war on drugs, and other attempts by the government to control how we live. I believe the government is a necessary evil -- I think there should be just enough government power to keep us safe, no more. Basically, making the government's role in our life smaller.
Ron Paul is basically a form of Libertarian, but he's more Republican than the regular Libertarian. For instance, some excess matters (such as abortion) he wants to regulate. I'd rather have a Republican with Libertarian thoughts than a full Republican or a full Democrat so Ron Paul appealed to me.
When it comes to politics, I'm pretty well read, sorry if I'm using hard terms, I can't really simplify further than this. | |

| Then I might like that party. I completely agree with them. Pretty much the only reason I'm posting in here is because it's been interesting. And also because my social studies (history) teacher made me write up current events on the presidential election, which are sort of like reports. | |
