| Health is a complex and multi-layered experience, just as each individual is composed of a physical self, a mental self, an emotional self and a spiritual self. Some divide these categories into three: body, mind and spirit. There are many different ways the health of someone's body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. Being emotionally upset might cause one to lose their appetite and not sleep well, which in turn would affect their immune system and their body's ability to fight off infection. On a long-term basis, this could lead to build-up of cortisol, a stress hormone, in the body, which might cause increased blood pressure or contribute to thyroid dysfunction and so on. For this reason, it really is better to assume an interconnected state of being between the different parts of oneself, rather than to just treat any one individually. This being said, it is important to look after one's physical health by having routine exams and screenings with health care professionals. There have been some exciting advances in technology over these past decades that allows us to detect issues in the body much earlier so that we can correct the course, as it were. Breast thermography is one such technology. When you visit a thermography center for the first time, the image that is taken will become your "baseline" image, or one that any future images can be compared to in order to detect even small changes. This initial image will of course also provide a great deal of valuable information as well, as it is not only through comparison that a doctor can gauge what is happening in the body. Any growth in the body will require blood flow, so conditions such as fibrous growths, cysts and tumors, both benign and malignant, can be detected even at the earlier of stages. To be clear, however, the nature of a growth cannot be detected via this technology, especially in these early stages, but in terms of identifying their existence, thermography can do this the earlier. And earlier detection of any medical condition is helpful, thermography allows your doctor to detect any changes, or to find areas of interest for either future screenings, if something is detected it doesn't necessarily mean you will develop a serious condition such as breast cancer, but there are ways to get a conclusive answer such as with a mammogram. And unlike mammograms, breast thermography can be used at any age. What else is there to be gained with such early detection of changes? The ability to make changes in ones lifestyle that can have a positive effect on the health of the body, before a problem area turns into a serious condition like cancer. This includes treating the body right with healthy eating and exercise, and any other lifestyle changes your doctor feels could better your situation. Basically, this early detection ability allows one to make choices that will affect their health for the long run- a long run they can monitor through breast thermography, among other methods. Even skeptics must admit, it can't hurt to make positive health and lifestyle changes in ones life, and it might even help prevent any worsening of any medical conditions you may be at risk for! money making businessrestaurants kent | |
