Camberwell bus crash: Six hurt as coach hits shopSix people were hurt when a double decker bus crashed into a shop in south London.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) said it was called at 2325 BST on Friday when the bus, number 468, crashed into the shop in Denmark Hill in Camberwell.
Police said the driver and a passenger on the South Croydon-bound bus were taken to hospital.
Up to 30 properties were evacuated after the crash, which damaged two floors and ruptured a gas main.
The bus is still at the scene and the A215 remains closed between Champion Park and Camberwell Green.
The three-storey building suffered structural damage, particularly to the ground and first floors.
The gas leak was capped in the early hours of Saturday, LFB said.
Three fire engines and 20 firefighters were at the scene, along with police and paramedics.
London Ambulance Service said it tended to three people and police said those taken to hospital did not suffer serious injuries.
