I have a suggestion. How about some ranks? Make each member a rank based on color, and if they win, a color members can vote on one member to get a rank promotion each time.

I would say that, but with a slight correction. Whoever is the most active on their color team should get the promotion.

Haha. Now that the forum's becoming inactive, that sounds very appropriate to me.

But then, some people still might not do it. Some people are just comfortable with a smaller rank. Maybe we should rethink it and say instead, "Whichever team wins, the most active person can choose if they want the promotion or give it to the next active person."

Hmm, maybe. But maybe it'll be best if there are people actually on the teams and are completely active.

True. I'm sending that e-mail list tonight. If no one responds by Saturday (U.S.), I'm taking those who don't off of the color teams. We need to do a recount.

Well, some people don't use their emails as often. Stick up something in the color teams and extend it to maybe next Saturday. Some people might be too busy to even come on a computer or are grounded. Like me.

Well, I was thinking about this last night while I was trying to sleep. If we keep having ideas of promotion, we should use just one rank. Like a Helper or something. The next person will move into that same position when they win. But I think some people should be permanent. If there are 3 positions, then two people should be permanent to help out the new person. If that person is exceptionally good, then the Staff decides whether or not to keep that person.
