Party for the Thousanth

So I was thinking about having a party for every time we reach 1000 posts. Seeing as it took the Various-Unknowns nearly half a year to reach it, we should have a party. We could open the entire Various-Unknowns to anybody just for that day. Or if we get near it. Then the whoever has the most posts can be awarded something. I'm only saying "something" because it shouldn't be someone who has a high rank and getting something good and then next time someone with a low rank gets something bad. We should make a list that goes something like this:
Regular Member--higher rank (if wanted. if not, can give to someone else)
Color Team Member--higher rank (mod-need requirements- and lower)
Mod and those who are near in rank--admin (if the requirements are reached)
Admin--choose a lower-than-a-mod member to become a mod
Founder--holds another day for others to post and earn more.

You know, it might work. And if it doesn't, well, it encourages people to post.

That could work, though the mod to admin thing...That could be risky. I guess the mods could be trusted, since they are mods. We have three admins already, and the lack of members makes that a pretty large amount...I do think it's a good idea.

I think it's a so so ish idea. But we should wait until the forum has more people I think...

Lighty, remember when we were folding the laundry? I said we would raise the number of posts every time we reach our goal. You said 5000 posts, and I said 3000 posts. I think the Staff should choose which number. And about the mod thing, I think it could work. People would be "bragging" about their position, and maybe draw more people in. That's a maybe though.

I still think that having a mod/admin rank wouldn't be good. About the 5000 thing yes, but not the mod/admin thing.

Then how about this--the winner will host the next one. Anyone object? Although the first one will be Lighty (Founder kicks off). If they win, but don't want to host it, they can give it to the next person down the list.

I have no objections. You have big plans for this forum I see.

Maybe, maybe not. It still might not go through all the way because people aren't active. Unless there's a miracle soon, this forum is going to collapse.

Okay, okay. I know I'm double posting, but I need to say something. Is this going to go under "competition" if this goes all the way through? I mean, if it doesn't someone can just delete all these posts.
